Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information

Provide accurate contact information, delivery addresses, and special care instructions for your garments. This ensures we can provide the best possible service.

Garment Preparation

Empty all pockets and remove personal items before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in pockets.

Service Scheduling

Schedule pickups and deliveries at least 2 hours in advance. Same-day service is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Service Limitations

What We Cannot Clean

  • Items requiring specialized equipment we don't have
  • Garments with permanent stains that cannot be safely removed
  • Items that may be damaged by standard cleaning processes

We will inform you if any items cannot be safely cleaned and provide alternatives when possible.

To ensure timely and quality service delivery, LaundryGo may partner with trusted third-party vendors for certain services, especially during peak demand periods or when specialized equipment is required.

Liability and Insurance

Service Coverage Policy

All garments are covered by our service guarantee during the cleaning process, whether processed by LaundryGo directly or through our trusted service partners.

  • Compensation up to 3 times the service cost (e.g., ₹100 service = ₹300 maximum compensation)
  • Free re-washing for unsatisfactory service quality
  • Professional assessment of service-related issues
  • Quick resolution within 48 hours of complaint

Service Issues & Claims

Report any service issues within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate promptly and provide compensation up to 3 times the service cost or free re-washing for unsatisfactory results, regardless of whether the service was provided directly by LaundryGo or through our service partners.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation before pickup
  • 50% charge if cancelled after pickup
  • No charge for service delays on our part
  • Emergency cancellations handled case-by-case

Refund Policy

  • Full refund for service failures
  • Partial refund for quality issues
