Do you charge extra for stain removal?

Basic stain care is included. Heavy or specialty treatment may be quoted at pickup after inspection — we only proceed with your approval.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, cards, net banking, and wallet in the app; cash or digital at delivery where supported.

Are there hidden charges?

No. Published per-piece, per-pair, or per-kg rates match the app. Pickup and delivery are included on qualifying orders in our service areas.

Standard is typically 24–48 hours at list price. Express is faster where logistics allow and is priced higher — check the app for your pincode.

How do you handle premium or designer garments?
